How the 90-day program works, who does what, how results are measured, and what the audits cover.

The 90-Day Program

How is this different from a traditional marketing agency?

An agency runs campaigns for you and keeps the system. Here the system is documented and handed over: standard operating procedures, a metrics dashboard, rebuilt email automations, and a written record of the campaigns that worked. The final phase is explicitly about working out who is best placed to run each part going forward, rather than assuming the answer is always us. In practice most owners are too deep in daily operations to run paid channels themselves, which is where we keep doing the work.

What happens during the 90 days?

Three phases of roughly 30 days each.

Days 1 to 30, Simplify. We understand and simplify your online offering and the systems you run it on. Most owners have overcomplicated their messaging, their processes, or their tooling, and simplification makes everything downstream easier. Analytics tracking is implemented immediately, so the starting baseline is documented before anything is changed.

Days 31 to 60, Multiply. We take what is already producing leads and revenue and multiply it. By this point the leaks limiting growth have been identified, so the multiplication compounds instead of leaking out.

Days 61 to 90, Collaborate. We determine who is best positioned to run each part of the growth engine going forward, across areas like Meta ads, Google PPC and email campaigns, and the conversion of traffic already hitting the site.

What do I actually have at the end of the 90 days?

Every engagement delivers SOP documentation, a metrics dashboard, rebuilt email automations, and documentation of the campaigns that worked during the 90 days. Where they are needed, offer page optimization and e-commerce cart optimization are delivered too. The net result is a simplified, more efficient digital marketing system that produces better results than what you started with.

How much access do I get, and how often do we meet?

Support runs through the community with a 24-hour response, any question at any time. On top of that there is a monthly campaign brainstorm meeting, and monthly live trainings where Jeff shares the systems and processes currently working, including recent campaigns and new processes. The community itself stays free and open to everyone. Members of the paid programs get deeper access to Jeff, the team, and the resources.

How We Work Together

Which channels do you run, and which do you only advise on?

We run and execute the digital marketing campaigns built on the analytics data we collect, which covers ad spend management, creative production, and campaign build. That is where the team's expertise sits. We advise only where we do not have access to your systems. Sales calls your own team manages are the clearest example of that.

What does your team do, and what does mine do?

Our side: analytics implementation, systems simplification, campaign strategy and build, creative, ad spend management, monthly reporting, and expert matching in the final phase.

Your side: weekly communication, supplying the creative assets needed to build effective ads, and attending the monthly meetings that keep the sprint on direction. Expect roughly three to five hours a week depending on the situation.

What makes this not work?

Non-participation. If the assets do not arrive and the meetings are not attended, we cannot execute our side of it. The program works for people who engage with it, and we would rather say that plainly before you start than after.

Measurement And Pricing

How do you measure the revenue you generate?

Analytics tracking goes in during the first 30 days, before any optimization work begins, so there is a documented starting point to measure against rather than a number recalled after the fact. Reporting is monthly across eight focus areas: qualified new visitors, capture rate, cost per lead, offer conversion rate, average order value, ROAS, 90-day customer value, and contribution margin per order. More depth is available on request.

How do you attribute a sale to the work you did?

We use a sophisticated analytics suite rather than legacy pixel attribution, chosen years ago specifically to eliminate the double-attribution problem where two platforms both claim the same sale. On top of that, an order mapping process traces each lead and each sale back to the specific campaign and effort that produced it, so attributed revenue reflects work actually performed.

How is pricing structured?

A monthly retainer plus your ad spend. The retainer is a fixed cost rather than a percentage of spend, and it does not vary from client to client. Specific numbers are covered on the call, once we both know what the engagement actually involves.

Getting Started

How do I start working with Alinea?

Two ways in. You can book a call and walk through your numbers together, or you can start with a free audit and see what we find before speaking to anyone.

Do I have to book a call to get an audit?

No. Every audit is requested through a form and comes back by email. There is no call required to receive one, and no obligation afterwards.

Can I see real client results before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The case studies page carries three campaign breakdowns with their full reported figures, plus four downloadable PDFs. Client identities are anonymized. The numbers are not.

The Free Audits

Are the audits actually free?

Yes. There is no payment, no card, and no trial. Every audit and tool we use with private clients is available free, and the point is to find your biggest leak before you ever book a call.

Which audits can I choose from?

Eight, each targeting a different leak: Lead Leak Review, Website CRO, Meta and social ads, Google PPC, social media presence, SEO visibility, email marketing health, and funnel health. Browse them all and pick the one that matches your weakest link.

How long does an audit take to come back?

Between 48 hours and two business days, depending on which one you request. The turnaround for each is listed on the audits page before you submit anything.

What do I get back?

A specific read on what is costing you sales in the area you chose, not a generic report. The audits page states the deliverable for each one, and every audit is designed to give a clear picture of what is holding the business back rather than a pitch.

Tools And Resources

What free tools are available?

Six, including a revenue leak calculator, a revenue readiness scorecard, an offer audit worksheet, and a 90-day revenue plan template. They are all on the resources page, free to use, no strings attached.

Do the calculators send my numbers anywhere?

The interactive tools run in your browser. Where a tool offers to email you a copy of your results, that submission goes to our CRM and nowhere else. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and how it is used.

Still Have A Question?

Book a call and ask it directly, or start with a free audit and see what we find first.
